You never said FRONT lawn!

So, my last post started out with ‘Honey, can I dig up the lawn?’…

Today, I did. Now you’ll know if you read the last post that I already had. I’d dug up a strip of the back lawn about a yard wide and running the length of the garden. Today my wife went out with my son to take some rubbish to the tip (we’ve been clearing out to make space for Xmas presents and all the new things we want to do this year) and I set about my devious task. Self Sufficiency?

Can you really be self sufficient? Short answer, no. However, I'm going to be my best to get as close as I can. I want a healthier, happier and cheaper lifestyle for my family and this is how I plan to do it. What could be better than pulling food out of the garden, cooking it and eating it all within the hour? It also doesn't hurt our Carbon Footprint
